At Vintage Frames Company, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your rare eyewear; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Frames

  Carefully place the eyewear, along with all original cases, cleaning cloths, and authenticity cards, into the shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our specialists inspect the frames for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
